Your phone as the dice cup

At the table with no dice? One phone is enough: it becomes the cup and gets passed around just like the real thing.

How it works

  1. Open Lizumo and choose One shared phone.
  2. Tap Roll the dice: the cup shakes and stays covered.
  3. Press and hold the cup to peek: the dice show only while your finger is down.
  4. Call out loud and pass the phone to the next player.
  5. They tap I believe it, roll or Lift the cup, and the dice are shown to everyone.

Keep score

Turn on Keep score and enter the names in seating order, and the app always knows who has the phone. After peeking you pick the score you call, so the next player sees it written down. When someone lifts, the app takes the life from the right person, skips players who are out and announces the winner.

Tips
  • Lower the brightness and tilt the phone towards you when you peek.
  • Keep the sound on: the rattle of the cup is half the atmosphere.
  • Once the page is open, the game doesn't need the internet.

What if everyone has their own phone?

With One phone each mode there's no need to pass a phone around: everyone plays on their own, joins the room with a QR code, and the game keeps track of everyone's lives. Play with friends.
